    I’m really disappointed with how this Enterprise branch handled my situation, especially as a single dad traveling with my 2-year-old toddler. I booked an automatic vehicle online, but when I arrived, I was told the system showed manual instead. This honestly isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a booking issue while traveling in Europe, but in those situations the staff handled it professionally, de-escalated the issue properly, and found a solution for the customer. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this branch. There was little effort to help resolve the problem, no understanding shown for the situation I was in, and the overall customer service experience was extremely frustrating. Managing a toddler while dealing with this added unnecessary stress to the entire experience. Instead of finding a solution, I ended up having to leave the branch and take the train with my child because I had no other option at that point. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected from Enterprise.

    Everyone at Heathrow Enterprise made the pick up and drop off easy and painless. Staff was very clear about our responsibility for the condition of the vehicle when we returned with precise information rather general information that left a person wondering what it really meant. Deion was the person that checked the vehicle back in. He did all the necessary things he was required to do about checking the vehicle. But he went beyond asking about our trip, where we went, what we saw, and what we enjoyed the most. He actually seemed interested in our experience. How to know if I will rent again from Enterprise because it was price that brought me to Enterprise to rent and price will have an impact on price the next time. But I do appreciate that you stayed affordable compared to other rental companies. Affordable and great staff would be my first choice assuming price. Thank you vonnie Taylor Texas USA

    Beware: if you rent from Enterprise, apparently your pre-drive checklist now includes a full cinematic documentary of the vehicle. Photograph it. Video it. Consider hiring a forensic investigator while you’re at it. I rented a one-way vehicle from MAN to LHR and immediately noticed an almost theatrical level of persistence in pushing the collision damage waiver at pickup. I politely declined no fewer than four times, explaining that my credit card already provides coverage. Undeterred, I was ominously warned that any “damage” found would result in a minimum £280 charge. Nothing says “welcome to your rental experience” quite like a thinly veiled prophecy. Naturally, two days after returning the vehicle, I received a letter from the Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit alleging damage. After an exhausting chain of emails, they finally revealed the devastating catastrophe in question: a superficial mark on the sidewall of a tire. Not the wheel. Not the bodywork. The rubber tire. Their evidence consisted of: 1. An extreme close-up photo of the alleged scratch. 2. A photo of the license plate. That’s it. No contextual shot proving it was even the same tire, let alone evidence showing when or how this apocalyptic blemish supposedly occurred during a straightforward drive down the M6. Personally, I will never use Enterprise again. But if you do, either: A) record every square inch of the vehicle like you’re producing a Netflix crime documentary, or B) just buy their collision waiver and save yourself the tedious correspondence with the Tire Scratch Tribunal. Also people, just read the reviews. My experience seems to be standard practice unfortunately with Enterprise. @Nellie - you have all of my information at this point.     One of the rare instances when I encountered an issue with Enterprise staff, I arrived at Heathrow Airport and was immediately treated as an opportunity to earn some extra money for the company. I was greeted by a young man, and after dealing with him and another co-worker forty long minutes, I was still at the airport after a long flight. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the young man who checked me in informed me that he was a supervisor and that they could get me into another vehicle for more money. Subsequently, I decided not to play their games and called customer service via phone, who directed me to speak to an supervisor. Unfortunately, I don’t recall the names of the supervisors. The young man who had initially advised me that he was a supervisor then assured me that a supervisor would come out and speak with me. I waited for another five minutes and then walked to the front desk to speak with a very helpful and accommodating female supervisor. Thanks to her, I was able to reach my family in no time.

    This is the worst rental car company I have ever experienced. The car I originally reserved was unavailable, so I rented a Peugeot 3008 instead. However, the inside of the windshield had not been cleaned at all and was extremely dirty. During the rental period, I scratched a parked car and reported the incident by phone on the same day according to the rules. When returning the vehicle, I inspected the car together with a staff member, identified the damaged area, and immediately paid the £100 charge required under the insurance policy. I was told everything was settled. However, a few days after returning the car, they registered an additional damage claim for wheel scratches that already existed before the rental and charged me another £100 without even discussing it with me first. Even after I sent complaint emails with photographic evidence taken before the rental, they refused to accept it and have been completely unreasonable. What was the purpose of checking the vehicle together with the staff member at the time of return? At the time of return, the staff member agreed that the wheel scratches were not caused by me, but a few days later the company completely changed its position. This is a company that says one thing and does another.
